How often do you walk or run?
Hmmm, quite a basic prompt today and could be seen as not inclusive…
I guess the prompt is relating to taking exercise rather than purely walking around the house or running to catch a bus or train.
I love walking and consider myself extremely fortunate to live in a beautiful part of the world with many walks on my door step. I also have three dogs who enjoy walking as much as me.

I also love running, for exercise, not to catch a train. Unfortunately my knees don’t enjoy running so I run less now than I have done in the past.
The interesting thing a lot of people have shared with me is that their mental health benefits as much from running as their physical health does; I certainly found this too.
Being out running in fresh air clears my head and helps me think straight, or think about nothing at all, just focus on the run.

I feel sorry for those people who are unable to walk or run and enjoy the benefits of moving around taking in the environment.
