Without doubt my most ambitious DIY project was restoring a TVR car which had sat in a field for many years. It was both enjoyable – when things worked – and incredibly frustrating when they didn’t. However, it taught me a lot about cars, engines and my own ability to focus on a project.
My next project – a house renovation – is likely to surpass the TVR restoration!
