I was recently out with the dogs for some fresh air, exercise and because I enjoy walking with the dogs, when it occured to me that it was the end of October the sun was shining and it was warm like a beautiful summers day. What’s going on it’s autumn almost winter!

On reflection, I should stop making comments like ‘what’s going on with the weather’ this is the norm now – at least in the UK. I have work colleagues in Scotland who tell me that Glasgow’s warmer than London and family in the Orkney Isles who have less rain than we do in the south of Britain. Climate warming is with us and I guess we just have to go with whatever is thrown at us.
As I write I read that Spain is experiencing devastating floods claiming the lives of many people. I have work colleagues there too, I hope they’re all okay.

The tree above is one of my most favourite trees that I see regularly. It’s a perfect tree shape and stunning all year round. If I could paint or draw then this tree would be one of my first attempts.
I apologies for rambling in this blog. I felt like writing because my heads in a bit of a spin at the end of a working day. I’m confused about the budget announcement – how is this going to affect me, my family, my friends and the country; I have a few personal projects on the go that I’m working on – when I can get focused; I’ve just finished reading a book Brain Hacks, which was okay; I was hoping for more. If you haven’t read any psychology or personal productivity books then this book will be interesting.
I won’t bore you with any more of the weird and wonderful thoughts that go on in my head. Although…
According to the Brain Hacks book I may have a form of ADHD which could explain a lot of my behaviour traits (that’s another blog).
Maybe it’s time for my daily dose of fresh air and exercise..
Have a good week
